Your purchase makes a massive difference, especially on our national and local giveback days! During these events like Drink One for Dane, Dutch Luv Day of Giving and Buck for Kids, the Dutch Bros Foundation® donates $1 for every drink sold at our shops to organizations dedicated to making a difference in our communities.

The best way to request a local giveback day or a product donation is to reach out to your local shop Operator. Every shop is empowered to select and support hyper-local nonprofits and causes throughout the year!

The biggest difference is the scope of the cause!

National campaigns are company-wide events that support a single, national cause or a focused area (like fighting ALS and food insecurity) across all shops for one day.

Local giveback days happen throughout the year and allow shops to support local causes and nonprofits that are close to their community. Your local shop crew can tell you exactly which local organization is being supported that day.

For our National Campaigns, like Drink One for Dane, Buck for Kids and Dutch Luv Day of Giving, we focus on causes that are aligned with our foundation’s mission to create brighter futures. However, our nonprofit partners are selected locally! Local Operators and Franchisees choose organizations making a direct impact in their community to receive the funds raised at their specific shop, ensuring every dollar makes a difference close to home.

The majority of our local financial impact is driven through scheduled giveback days (both national and local), which are funded directly by our customers’ purchases. While we focus on our giveback days, you can typically find a request form to receive product donations or monetary support at your local shop.
